'Bel Air et Clardy' are two parcels planted in the mid 90’s totaling just 1 hectare. Classic Chablis soils full of ancient sea fossils and white chalk. The grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand, then fermented using whole bunches with indigenous yeasts in used foudre and barrique. Aged for 12 months on the fine lees with no bâtonnage. Bottled without filtration.
